S82. Wont turn over

It is like there is no battery. I have jumper cables on it I turn the key and nothing. Does anyone know if the seat switch wires need to be tied together for it to run or left apart. I just put a new carb on it, and new filter. Is there a fuse in it somewhere. Thanks for the help......

I see no one came to the rescue, but see now you are on to getting throttle/carb linkage problem solved.

Jump the seat switch, or apply the park brake....
