S570 pump help

i need to replace the injector pump on DOOSAN D24 I can not find any info on how to time it to put it back in. Any one know of a video or have info on it? thanks

S570 is a Mitsubishi-Satoh compact tractor. Not sure what a D24 actually is.

If u can post a pic of the inj pump, I can probably walk u thru it.. but I have to know what system I’m dealing with.
Or send a prvt msg.

it is a bobcat S570 with a Doosan D24 engine

It looks like it’s a common rail inj pump..
The timing is set at the factory with different keys in the drive shaft of the pump..
U r gonna need a puller to pop the gear off tho..
The reason those pumps fail is: bad supply pumps..& dirty filters..& running the tank to empty..to where it sucks up the crud at the bottom of the tank..
MOST manufacturers will NOT warranty a pump without purchasing a new supply pump also..
