I just found 2 small paint bubbles on the right fender of my 3010. When I touch them they flaked off and had rust under them. They are small (maybe a 1/16 inch) but you can also see they are trying to spread. Tractor is 2 years old. The rust came from the inside out. It had no been hit or dinged any where near this. What is the best way to fix and should I contact a dealer? The dealer I purchased from went out of business last year.

I think I'd just sand down to bare metal, spray on some prime and paint it. It's just my opinion, but this isn't a Ferrari, its a tractor. I've done this with one or two small things that I've scratched on my BX, and it looks just fine. As long as you stop the rust and have a reasonably close color, I'll bet it'll look just fine, even at resale time.

I agree, sand down with fine (200 grit) sandpaper, prime, and paint with the infamous K orange. My dealer sells and uses a lot of the spray paint. They touch everything up before delivery. Maybe your old dealer fixed a couple of dings and did not do a good job.....
Good luck
