( The RTV at my farm IS property of the Mrs! SHE uses it at every visit for something. Hauling top soil or mulch to the flower beds to a garden-gathering workhorse.)
If we get one, I'll definitely have to let her think it's hers and since she works four days a week that will work nicely since I'll have it those four days. I'm sure it would be used by both of us and we would both enjoy it a lot, but I am the one that is having trouble turning lose of that much money for one. I have noticed that some of the gas models have a list price of over 10k so if there is a utility vehicle in our future, it will definitely be the RTV. A friend has a Rhino and it is FAST, but two things I DON'T like about it for me, bed is too small and it has no differential so at every turn, one wheel rips up the grass and if loaded tends to push the front end, and no power steering, well that makes three things.
Karen, I'll certainly show her your response and maybe she'll wind up talking me into getting one by next spring before Kubota realizes that some of the gas models are as high as their diesels are, I still haven't gotten her over for the test drive yet, maybe drive one without the power steering then go drive the RTV, just in case I'm a hard sell /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
