RTV 500 Retro-fit

My dealer called to inform me that Kubota Corp. is asking owners to bring in their RTV 500
for an installation of a shield to protect the engine from water coming in on top of it.

Don't know if this was missed at the factory, or now added protection for early machines.

Had mine done, takes about 1/2 hour (Yes, it's free)

Its a refit to existing machines, and ones comming off the line will have it applied. Dealers recieved lists of units that needed attention. Anyone who has one will be getting a phone call.
