what I am saying is that with the use of Red Loctite and Hex Head (Allen Head Bolts and fine threaded nuts) perhaps it would have prevented a failure of the fastening system and as result the impact injuries and resulting death from blunt force trauma an if the stump jumper is damaged all bets are off anyway

The flail mower manufacturers in Europe are now required to use the piano hinge door section flail mower inlet guards to prevent any objects from exiting the front of the flail mowers that they manufacture for sale in Europe.
