Tractor
MF 231
Goodmorning all,

I am new to the cite and a first time tractor owner. I have a 1997 MF 231 that seems to be a pretty good tractor in general.
The bucket tilt cylinder on right side was bad when I bought it but I have repacked it and it works fine. My problem is the hydralic
system seems to have started to pulsate. When I raise the 3 point with a boxblade/ripper it shakes the whole tractor. Anyone
know what the problem might be?

Welcome to the forum!

:tractor: I'm going to move this thread over to our Massey section.

If the fluid and filter don't work, you most likely need a scotch yoke pump rebuild. Maybe some sort of miracle juice like marvel mystery oil can help free those chambers up.

Get your A-frame ready. The heat is in your tools.
