hello folks...new here but very old to the tractor scene. have had vintage fords, newer new hollands and all kinds of yard machines. so with that said i just picked me up a new jd d130 mower today (downsizing). all's fine but that dang rio switch, i think i cured that problem by removing it from the transmission bracket (still plugged in just relocated) that it was snapped into and zip tied it elsewhere to the frame. i've heard of people putting the loop wire in to bypass the safety switch to knock out this feature but that requires just a tad more work. so anyone use this method....see any problems down the road by relocating the switch? so far all's good!
