I am left-handed and got 47% left and 53% right brained, not a real surprise for me, because, I am pretty much functionally ambidextrous and like both facts and science, and some artsy things like music and crafts.

The numbers you got have naught to do with your gender, except that the algorhythm figured the answer you gave re: your gender when it made the calculations.
