Reverse Wheels, BX23

Is there a point for BX23?
A rough measure (the drive/parts are tight in there) makes me think all the wheels have '0' offset (plate/flange in center of rim).
Am I correct?

I can see no benefit of doing that.

If they are like the BX22 the holes are flanged for the studs and will not fit properly if reversed.
