If you look at the side pintle (swash plate adjustment), the TA15 has 2 mounting screws, the TA19 has 4. Thinking you have the TA15

The numbers you’ll find stamped on the flat spot on the small cover on the aux vane pum.

In looking at the parts breakdown that Sundown posted for the TA1515 it does appear that central port block is common for either CW or CCW rotation so should only have to change vane pump.

Been 20+ years since I did that job. Not difficult but I don稚 remember the exact process.

even if I had to replace that one it wouldn't be the end of the world, it's not all that expensive, and having a new pump there would be a big plus too.

Just thinking outside the box how hard is it to reverse the rotation of the engine?

A friend has an old inboard ski boat powered by a 289 ci Ford V8. It has a different special cam shaft for opposite rotation
