Restoration Parts

Hello everybody,

With the weather warming up I am going to begin gathering parts for the restoration of my JD 1986 330 garden tractor. Who is the best outfit to buy these parts from? I have researched several but want to know what your opinion or experience is. Specifically, where do I find such items as the non-skid/sandpaper type foot rest? (don't know how else to describe it)

Find the part number on jdparts and google the internet for that part no.

Part number AM39539 is a kit with all four pieces. It's right around 27.00. I got alot of my 316 parts from GreenPartStore.com. There are a few places a bit cheaper,but normally not much difference than what your JD dealer will sell it for.
