I'm trying to remove the pump shaft for the MF32 loader from the pulley on the crank. I'm asking for your help to understand if the flange that is bolted to this pulley is threaded (left or right?) for the shaft that connects to the pump on the loader or is it a spline connection?

If it is threaded, how the heck do you remove it?

Pic on the left is the flange that connects to the pulley and the photo on the right is from the front of the tractor where the shaft connects to the loader.

Thanks for your help!

Just in case anybody is wondering how this turned out, I ended up getting a homemade tool consisting of a shaft out of a hydraulic pump that fits in the end of the shaft of the MF165 and it came right out. It IS left handed threads. The saying "right tool for the job" is ringing in my head!!!:D
