Removing dash insert on L3800 ???

Since my neck fusion it is uncomfortable for me to turn around in the seat to view my rear implements. I just received a 9" car monitor with two cameras to make life easier. I would like to mount the monitor directly above the tach on the plastic cowl per the image.



There is a 12mm bolt directly above the tach but removing that didn't seem to do anything. I just don't see any other fasteners I just want to make sure if I drill down into that cowl there are no surprises.

Any suggestions?

AHHH, more searching on the interwebby and I found this video from diyguy123 DIY Trick For KubotaTractor Dash Light Replacement - YouTube

I changed changed my search terms to "change bulb L3800" figuring you would have to remove that cowl. Bingo!
