Removing barbed wire fence

Back in the day a wire roller was fabricated and mounted to a rear wheel of the pick up. That wheel was jacked up and the 4 speed transmission was put in 1st gear (granny creeper) and rolled up about a quarter mile of wire.

Then a guy I worked for as a kid got the idea to put the rear tire on a set of rollers. Lots better than a high lift jack. But then most anything is better than a high lift jack.
