Remotes - Stupid Question maybe

So if I install remotes with Quick Disconnects and nothing connected to the disconnects, what happens if I move the lever? Can the disconnect take the pressure? Does the oil just go to return via the pressure relief on the valve?

Yes that is what happens...the relief valve kicks in...

If you have a gauge you can connect it to an open QD and check the relief pressure...
