I learned sometime back to kill the tractor and cycle the loader/3rd function/diverter thru it's paces to relieve pressure. Many years ago when I had not learned that, taking the male end and slamming it hard against a flat surface took care of the pressure.

Yesterday went to hookup grapple, and one line on the grapple had pressure built up in it. I'm near 100% certain I went thru the pressure relieve process, but in any event, the pressure was there. No amount of slamming the connector, even rapping with a hammer, etc would budge the ball on the quick connect. I finally had to take the end connector off to get rid of it.

My question is ..... does a tool of sorts exist to relieve this pressure when it does occur, for whatever reason, without taking the hose apart?

With what we sell when you take off something in the cold and then attempt to reattach in warm weather it can be quite a problem!
