Does anyone have any suggestion on how to get the bolt out. Just noticed today it was broken rusted through and my leaf spring is resting on my bed not good .
5 lb sledge didn't work I was hoping I didn't have to burn it out.

I remove/free up so many things using an air chisel with a flat end punch. The vibration will work much better that raw force (sledge hammer). Some lubrication too.

This works, I used it when replacing all 4 spring hangers on a ranger, though I was using a pointed end. At a certain point, you may just have to give in and sacrifice the bushing. I usually use a big drill bit (3/8 or so) and drill a few holes around just inside the spring eye. Then if you still can't get it free, follow up with a sawzall around the inside. I have a buddy that just burns them out, but that's kinda rough on the nose...
