rear finish mowers

do these rear mowers attach rigid like a shredder or do they tow and pivit like a trailer? ive never seen one. how do they compare to a mid mower?

A rear grooming or finsh mower usually has four tires at each corner that swivel and height adjustments on the swivels which makes for a smooth cut.

But NO they do not pivot like a trailer.

You just sort of pull them with the 3pt. My lift arms are usually close to all the way down. Where the lift arms attach to the mower, there is some freeplay to allow the mower to float indepentdently (sp?) of the tractor.

But the 3pt does lift them completly off the ground it needed.
