Has anyone installed hydraulics to a rear blade for angling purposes? I have a Rhino 350, 7 ft blade and for snow removal purposes mainly want to angle the thing without getting of the machine every 2 minutes. My idea would be to weld some angle to the frame of the blade and somewhere to the pivoting section, and welding a couple of pins for quick removal purposes. My question to y'all is, What size piston (stoke, diameter and psi) is best for this configuration. What will be strong enough both to move and handle the excessive forces generated when hanging the edge up on something. Also what size hoses are best or does it not matter. Thanks for any suggstions, gents.
