Nice idea, it look's like the guy does nice work too. Now this has me thinking about running it to the rear and running the exhaust up the back of the ROPS.
Mech, I also have a question . . . . I may have missed something in these posts, but how do you now open your top hood to service your engine?
Mech, how has it been as far as the amount of fumes your breathing now? Do you have a preference yet as to which direction to point the pipe to get the least amount of fumes? BTW, what does the extension cord go to on the tractor?, if you don't mind me asking.

I haven't driven it, just started it after I finished the install. I suspect I will point it to the side or maybe front. The vertical exhaust is much larger than the horizontal and shorter. It seems to be quieter and has a more throaty sound. The extension cord goes to my block heater.
I don't expect to smell much fumes. This exhaust is now the configuration of every tractor I've driven until this one and its never been a major problem before.
