I finally have the answer and unfortunately I was nearly correct in my speculation two years ago. The seals in the transmission have gotten old and cracked, which leads to blow by in the system and the issues with shifting. It happened to all of us in the same window of time since as the tractors are basically the same age. My tractor is in the shop right now and they are finishing up the quote for the repair. The parts are all available and relatively inexpensive, but the labor cost is going to be killer. I brought my machine to be serviced as I was thinking about selling it, after the price of the repair it may no longer be viable for me to sell it. The up side is this tractor is a monster for its size, and will be ready for another 25 yrs of service.

Hi, do you know witch seals they're renewed ? my tractor won't move anymore...

It was the accumulator seals in the transmission. The tractor needs to be split and then have the transmission rebuilt at a transmission shop.
