Might be worth sending them a note about it....you never know till you ask, they might take care of you on it.

It would also not be a difficult repair with a grinder and welder. Any local shop could do it in twenty minutes.

Just placed an order for the 72" version. Should get it sometime next week. I'm planning on using it along with my Befco grader scraper to keep my forest roads clean. We've had a lot of rain this year and the weeds grew too fast for me to keep up with just the scraper, so I used that as an excuse to get the RR.:D

Guarantee you'll never be dissatisfied with your purchase of the RR. You'll be shocked and amazed at how you made it without it. Mine stays on my bucket and I remove it in 2 minutes or less by myself when I need it off and reinstall it in 2 minutes or less by myself when I want it back on, which is most of the time.

 I had a few hours to kill so I slapped on my RR to clear up some saplings and weeds. I took some before and after photo's but still have to go over it again in the morning before the storm comes. Sometime either Tuesday or Wednesday the ground should be dry enough to put on my Piranha so I can level the ground.

so it doesn't do well with leveling the ground?
how about gravel?

The lower teeth on my 68" RR protrude two inches. If you are content leveling in < two inch increments, it will level.

Backdragging with your FEL bucket, without the RR attached, will probably level more satisfactorily, depending……..

Leveling with a Rear Blade, Box Blade or Land Plane will be more satisfactory than the bucket.

RR works better grading gravel because it is a RAKE, sort of, and gravel is more amenable to movement than hard road dirt.

I was surprised by his post. I don't have a piranha and need to see what it is, but I use my RR to level dirt and gravel.
