Well I've pushed my share of trees but never like that.
First a bit of topsoil clearing, snag a root with blade corner and let the hydraulics lift her out.
Get the blade behind the root ball and push the whole thing off to the side and out of the way.
Must admit most trees were 6-10 inch maples. Spruce and balsam were even easier as roots were nearer to surface.

I've got a nice Stihls, and there no way I could get that thing on the ground in 1 minute and 16 seconds. That was pretty cool.

Not really the right tool for the job but if that's what you got then I guess it'll do. Looks like he spent some time with the dozer going around the tree digging down cutting as many roots as possible and then built a ramp so he could push higher on the tree. I bet he spent 15 minutes or more before turning on the camera. If you notice there's no roots sticking out of that root ball.
