Raised bed mulch layer

Did a basic search for discussions on raised bed mulch layers, no luck. Anyone using one that combines building and forming the raised bed, laying the plastic mulch and laying in a drip line?

Do all above except plastic. I use seaweed or compost (mainly) as mulch for tomato’s, peppers, garlic, onions, etc.. 3-4 inches in death over the drip line. I pull the lines & dig in the mulch every fall. Relay the line and build up mulch as I plant &/or crops grow.

Are you using a three point raised bed plow/attachment? If so, which one?
