Spader vs. Power Harrow vs. Rotary Tiller for Raised Beds

Anybody have experience with any of these?

We're market farming flowers/vegetables/berries.

I've always used a rotary tiller, but have been recommended various alternatives over the years.

The spaders and power harrows are way more expensive. Are they that much better?

I've never known how seriously to take the warnings about disturbing soil structure, etc. Is it practical concern on an everyday basis or just environmental ideology?

I'd even consider a moldboard plow and disc, but I need a solution that can deliver the tilthe required for raised bedding with plastic mulch.

I'm needing to upgrade to something larger than what I've got and would appreciate some advice.

I used a tiller with a hiller attached to make the raised beds and never regretted it.
Do not get rid of your tiller.
You can buy a single bed former with a mulch layer to do 2 jobs in one pass from the buckeye tractor folks

I actually have a buckeye unit but it's too small for my tractor now that I've upgraded. About to order a rain-flo though.
