Usually press "shift" key and look for "PRN SCN" just to the right of F12... depending on your key board layout. Once you do that, go to any graphics program to paste what the screen capture

That looks like a computer screen shot in which case I have no idea how to do it. If you're using an IPad or iPhone you can press the home button and the power button at the same time and it will take a screen shot.

I mostly use the rectangle snip and save it to the 4TBN folder in My Pictures. Then it is posted just like a picture.

I use the free paint.net program to write on pictures and snips.

Try the snip and ask again if you need more info.
