Oh, I would have thought that swampland was all "government land". Here in South Fla. we filled in all our non-government swampland years ago.

I have seen pics of a very deep modified R-1 tire that is intended to work in rice paddies hence deep goo.
A good tire dealer should be able to show specs of such a tire.
This would be your best bet at traction that I know of.

We call those Rice Tires, and they are quite common on the gray market imports like Yanmar, Iseki, Mitsu etc.

Traction without ruts must mean a special tracked skid steer that I have seen for power line maintenance.
