Hi Guys, It has been a long time since we posted. I do read TBN sometimes, But
we have been busy and not had much time. We have developed a new inclinometer
that is designed to attach with strong magnets to the blade of a dozer, or grader.
We have a model that reads in percent, (model # 18PR) and a model in degrees
(model# 10DE). They are large enough to see from the cab. I would like to have
a few guys with dozers, or graders to field test them. Anyone interested? I will
supply the model free, and only request feedback in return. You may keep the model.
I will send one to the first 4 people to request one. Some of you may remember that we
did this with a few other models in the past. You may post your opinions here.
Interested testers contact me through e-mail at "RandBMfgInc@worldnet.att.net."
Thanks, Rick

I received my new lighted title meter from Rick yesterday. I had to do an oil change to the car last night so I didn't get a chance to install it, but I did some scouting for a location to mount it. It is looking like the double sided tape method to the top of "firewall" will be my best bet. Hopefully I can get this installed tonight or Friday and start reporting my results.

Thanks Rick!!!

I got mine, too, yesterday. I'm looking at a location off the loader valve support. I should have it on this weekend ready for action.

I also got mine yesterday, but no extra time was in the box!

Got mine installed tonight. It is wired up to the factory headlight switch. I used the double sided tape that Rick provided and stuck it to the top/front of the dash after I wiped it down with rubbing alcohol. Not sure if the tape will continue to hold or not. I may end up having to drill holes.

So far I like the mount. A lot of versatility in how it can be adjusted to fit almost any angle. Rick put lots of LEDs in the sucker, it is bright.

Now the bad part, a couple of the spots I'm used to going to are actually around 16 degrees. Now all of a sudden I keep hearing that "tractors can go 15 degrees and be safe" I guess the good thing is, my tractor doesn't even feel tippy at the level.

Too many variables to make a flat statement that "tractors can go 15 degrees and be safe" or any other number of degrees. For tractor alone, no implements or attachments, on a smooth hard surface, I've heard 20 degrees. I've mowed at 18 degrees, but maybe I scare easier than some:D because I started moving slowly and carefully at 10-12 degrees, and got uncomfortable at 15 degrees. You have to remember, especially on a small tractor, that one little hole in the ground on the low side, one stick or rock on the high side, can make a big change in the angle real fast.

I know, the reason I said that, is I've read that a bunch of times on this site. I still consider myself a noob since this is my first tractor and I've had it 6 years, but I always thought the tractor felt "tippy" now when I realize at what kind of an angle I actually am at, I think the tractor is pretty stable for its size.:)

I would like to hear how the meters work. I HATE working my tractor on a side hill. Even a small angle makes me uncomfortable. I worked for a man when I was a kid helping with his hay. First day of work all was well. showed up the next day and he was dead from a roll over.

I'm a fan of the R&B meters in general, though I just have the old school one. I'd love to get one on my grader blade though
