Forks Quick Attach forks for M5040

I am looking for some QA forks for my M5040. I would like to know where some of you have purchased forks and what you paid for them. I am also interested to see if anyone had made alteration to their forks to work with a Kubota tractor. I have my eye on some forks off a JD. Totally different set-up for QA but I think they can be altered to fit the Kubota,

Any thoughts would be most appreciated.....

I got a set from my dealer for about $630, they are 48" and have a lift capacity of 3500 lbs. The brand is Davis and I don't know where they are made. I use them on our L5030 and M8540.

I have only had them a short time, so I don't know about durability yet.

They often have brand new skid steer (fits Kubota QH) forks. They usually go for between $400 and $500.
