Iseki TA 320
Hi everybody.
I'm a newbie in the world of tractors. Quickly, I'm 38 yo, teacher, hobbyist machinist, welder and woodworker. I own horses and I needed a tractor with a front loader in order to help me.
I found a little TA320:

The seller gave me a TU hard-top, I've adapted it for the TA. No particular problem with the tractor hitself, but I've questions.
The only problem with it is glowing time. It's looooong. I need to change glowing plugs.
But engine is an Isuzu 4 cylinders and there is no reference :

And here are glow plugs:

So the question is: were could I find glow plugs ?
Is it posible to find a glowing indicator for the Dashboard ? I believe it's a little spring who glows when glowing time is over.
Thank you for your answers. I'll have some other questions later.
Thank you.

You must first know the engine model. It is engraved on the left side of the block above the starter motor

OK. I've found glow plugs on eBay. And even a complete kit to rebuilt the engine. It's good to know it.

Yes. The advantage on this loader is you can remove bucket to use forks. I don't have forks on this loader, but I'll make soon.

It's a beautifull tractor. And if you have the clim, it's usefull for you. Here in the north of France, it would be useless ;).

Has air conditioning and heating, although the heating here in Portugal is not lacking much

You might want to investigate if your existing glow plugs are actually "bad." Test their resistance for being open or shorted. They should have around 1 ohm of resistance. You mention the glow time is long - how long? Typical glow times are 20-30 seconds. If you're missing the glow indicator or it is broken the glow plugs will not function unless someone bypassed it.

Thank you for your answer.
Edit: glow indicator works, but spring is at the bottom, and seating it's not very viewable, but it works perfectly.
Actually, with a rather hot weather, glowing time is typically 10 seconds. But in winter, it's longer.
But glow plugs are not expensive and I'd prefer to have 2 pairs in replacement. I've tested glow plugs with z 12V battery. They became red more or less quickly.

Two questions for this kind of tractor owners: are they springs Under the seat ? Mine don't have them and it's not confortable.
Could someone post a picture of fuse box ? I don't have the cover anymore.
Thank you.
