Oil & Fuel Question re: 3320 oil change

I just did my first engine oil change on my new 3320 at 66 hours and even though the manual says it holds 5.1 qts with filter change, it only took 4.5 quarts to bring it 2/3rds of the way between the dipstick hash marks. Anyone else run into this? Seems odd to me to be that far off.......

My 3320 takes just under 5 quarts. When I bought my tractor it was due for the 200 hour oil change. The dealer gave me 5 quarts and said it would not take it all.

You can NEVER get all the old oil out.
