PTO won't engage

The first time since i bought it i tried to engage PTO.
I turn the nob, the indicator light goes ON, i hear some noises from the transmission but the PRO is not spinning.


Any thoughts?

There is a lever on the left side of the seat, behind the range lever. On a 2515, it has 540 and Neutral position. Put it in 540, then turn the switch on in the Ind position.

Yes, just found it as soon as i posted this. . The life is hard for idiots

Since there is a spring actuated brake in the PTO clutch pack, that lever allows you to put it in Neutral so you can spin the PTO shaft by hand which helps tremendously when hooking up PTO implements.

It also gets a 540Eco position in the 30HP and above models, which is another great feature.
