PTO Shaft size

I have a L3430 HST and I'm looking at purchasing a FIMCO 3PT sprayer for it. The guys at Big R store are asking what the size of the PTO shaft is so they can get me the correct yoke for the Roller pump for the sprayer. I know it's 540 RPM but not the size of the shaft - can anyone help ?????????

In the decades of buying tractor implements I have never had anyone ask what size the PTO shaft was. From a 1952 John Deere to my present 2006 Kubota. Good luck buying parts from these people.

The standard is 1 3/8" diameter 6 spline.

I know on some of the old Ford 9N's (maybe others) they had a 1 1/8" 6 spline shaft instead of the normal 1 3/8" 6 spline shaft. But that was a long, long time ago. They still sell adaptors for them. But to answer your question you have a 540 rpm, 1 3/8" 6 spline shaft.

Your lack of understanding doesn't invalidate the question. Deere has used non-standard PTO shaft diameters over the years, as well as Ford, Ferguson and IH that I know of.
