PTO does not engage...

Hello to all, i bought a diesel B275 3 weeks ago, with a snow blower, problem is pto does not engage ???? i would like to have some explanations from the previous owner but he passed away last summer !!!! someone had same problem with his B275 ? i need your help.:confused2:

You listed this under parts etc , I'am I correct to assume your talking about an International ? Just to be sure . Maybe theres other manufactures with a B275 model .

Did tractor sit outside a long time with clutch on lockdown ? Does it go forward and in reverse fine ? Were just talking pto rite ? Have you checked your guide rods ? Anything lose ? Disconected by previous owner so no one with no experience would get injured or ? upon trying to engage blower ? Does pto shaft turn if implement not connected ? Play safe !
