PT425 T8 to mini skid (Dingo) adapter?

If you can add to these dimensions, and add a photo and dimensions of the PowerTrac side, that will make it easier for the next person.

The pins on the dingo are usually 7/8,so a 29/32 bore. The holes are setback 1.875"from the plate and the angle at the top of the plate is 45deg.
