3-Point Hitch problem with 3 point hitch lever

Dealing with a 955 and the 3 point lever won't stay up at all.

As soon as I let go of it, it falls back down.

I can't see much of anything that is suppose to hold it place.

Is That little piece of plastic suppose to hold it place ? this piece is broken.
