Since moving to an acreage in 1984, we've always had small tractors, starting with a Kubota 7200, then Kubota 9200, then Ford 1520, finally a New Holland TC33. Last fall as we had now access to round bales, and were going to use a Post Pounder to build a vineyard I bought a NH TN60A which would do "everything" we ever needed a tractor to do. My wife has always driven and capably used the first four tractors we had to do chores, push snow, move sawdust, etc, and enjoyed it. This tractor, that she did learn to drive, intimidated her and she never did drive it. Just recently she was talking about how she missed having a smaller tractor to do things without having to wait for me, and because that's why we live on an acreage.
Well, I don't need to be hit on the head, and we reviewed this site for ideas and went shopping.
Kubota had only place with product on the lot, and it was in the back of a lumberyard and unfortunately I knew more than our salesman did, and neither my wife or I liked the ergonomics of the platform and seat. Montana has a store, but it's only 6 months old, and everything was ag size.
We ended up at our previously used JD store, we like the owner and he's treated us well, and we drove the three 2000 series tractors, and she liked the 2320 best (I did interject some things about it I liked of course-but it's "Her Tractor" you know) and we now have it at home with FEL, ballast box, RM blade, BoxBlade, and IMatch, all of which she can use.
What a wife!! She's happy, and I have a new toy, er, Machine to use. Pictures of course. Bill

Congrats. I'm going on Monday to buy a 2320 myself. For us, it is perfect sized, not too big, but not too small. My wife though reluctant to ok the purchase, also really likes the size. Hope your wife (and you) enjoy it!

Tractor is new, came with 200cx FEL, 60" rear mount blade that angles both directions (a new one for me), 48" box blade, ballast box, and IMatch, all for slightly over 15K out the door before taxes. Wife looked at the second picture and commented "sibling rivalry"! Based on others on the site who've posted prices, we felt satisfied and we've had good experiences with this particular dealer. The tractor was right for us as others because of the items others have noted. The full cat 1 hitch allows us to use other implements we've accumulated over the years, position control is nice, hydraulics cooler, left and right brake control, folding ROPS, as well as lift capacities similiar to the 2520 even though I believe it's a little slower, heavier front and rear axles, and a nice "tractor" like feel were appreciated.
So far with only one day of playing (working) it's been fine. I do wish it had a tool box or place to mount one, but several other posters have put ones in unique places so I have a project. Bill

23TWENTY-I like that toolbox position and I saw one mounted on the IMatch that I like. What did you do with the SMV sign on you tractor? You are right, with the IMatch, not much in the way of tools needed, but I like to be prepared. Bill

A follow up-When we purchased this tractor I had my tongue partially in my cheek about my wife using it, but--when I came home from work today I found this in the dry lot. The barn has water come in during hard storms so she dropped the ballast box, hooked up the box blade after she moved the bolt that was incorrectly placed on the blade for the IMatch to work, and was moving dirt up against the barn and remodeling the dry lot! Great size for her and no intimidation. Bill
