Pro z 900

Hi I have the cub cadet pro z 972 sd zero turn. I just got it but it shudders when taking off up hills. Dealer say this is normal does any one else have one. And can tell me if there's does this as well. Even though dealer says this is normal they have already upgraded the belt tensioner with a longer one from a service bulletin but it still shudders
Any help would be good.

Does altering your initial take off speed have any effect on the amount of shuddering and how long does it last?
