private message option not available

Hi. I'm a fairly new member but I've been pretty active in a short time. I'm not seeing the option to PM anyone / start a conversation. I read the forum guidelines but didn't see anything related to this. Any idea why I don't have the option to PM ?

You should be able to click on someone's username and select "Send Private Message" on the box that pops up.

There is a limit on a number of posts you have to make, if I remember correctly, but I imagine with a post count of 17 you ought to be there.

I also have no option to PM yet, but I understand I'm a new member still.

How many posts are required before you have the option to PM other members?
