Was the leak any more or less with engine running and off?

If you get a drop rate at the rod, we can figure out how much it is leaking. I know that it sucks that it leaks at all, and what you care about is out where you measured it the first time, but we need to know what the drop rate is at the cylinder.

I'll check it at the cyl tomorrow when I'm over at the shop. I'm done for now with the regrading project and am in the middle of building my pond mower now, so the tractor is idle and I can take time to test again.
