I called earth tools for a quote on a 107d electric start. Do people get prices lower than the quoted prices online?

I haven't found any personally. They say the prices are 5% under suggested retail. A very good value compared to an 853. My closest dealer in GA uses the same "sale" prices as the earthtools site, I plan on getting the 107D from him so I can pick it up and get an introduction to the ins and outs.

I'm debating whether the electric start is worth it. Just more to maintain, more to break, more to wear out, another battery to maintain etc. For $350 its not cheap. I've had 11hp Honda pressure washers and they were not hard to start. Decisions, decisions.

One thing is for sure, the Grillo dealer knows the equipment and answers questions in detail. I'm surprised that the Grillo is about $1000 less than a 853. Amazing value IMO.

I agree the value is excellent on the grillo. I went with the electric start because it requires so little maintenance. We have plenty of pull starts at work where the cord get frayed or worse break. The electric start has the recoil backup.
