pricing advice please

Looking at a 2012 Bobcat S 185 skid steer on wheels. Private sale. I know the machine. Dealer maintained. One owner since new. 250 hours total. Has enclosed cab. Used just about exclusively to plow snow. Always stored outside, and shows it, but otherwise looks good. Always has been used with chains. I appreciate any advice as have long experience with compact tractors but none with skid steers. Thanks.

Wow 250 hours is really low. I estimate it will sell for $12k range; maybe higher as those are very low hours.

I had a 2015 with 1000 hours and sold it for $12K

If it has heat and air it will likely go for at least $12K - the non DPF units have a current premium

Thank you. $12,000 is materially lower than what I have seen on EBay sold listings and on sites like Kompareit. So this is helpful and surprising.
