Buying Advice Powerstar T4.75

To the TBN members who are New Holland dealers, what kind of wait time can be expected for a new T4.75 ordered from the factory?

Reason I ask is that I ordered one on 2/14 and my dealer checked the New Holland portal and it shows a delivery date of 6/30. I'm ok with the wait, as it will be worth it to me and will be configured exactly how I want it. Just wondering if this is typical, and if so, is it because the powerstars are selling really well? Thanks for any info folks.

No its a cab tractor with loader,4x4,12x12 powershift,2hyd.,16/9-30 tires,fenders,radio with farm bureau discount $35,100...then add cost of buddy seat still checking if you dont get them from factory,then hard to get ahold of one(what dealer said,hes checking but said when it comes in he would send service truck to farm and install for free).

Man for that price order two and I'll come pick one up from you, sounds like a great price. I also just joined this forum because I'm interested in these new tractors from NH. I'm in the market for a new tractor and I'm liking these Powerstars and the specs on them. Will continue to follow this thread for more info.

Its the CaseIH,not the NH but color to me doesnt make a difference when they are exactly the same tractors....

well as far as case or NH, around here, NH is more popular and parts and service support are way better.....the case dealer is a mile down the road and they have 3 red ones, small.....and 15 orange ones.......same goes within 80 miles or so around

Yeah the 2 Case dealers or about that from me also and its there big dealers,no little dealers here and there,they also have the heavy equipment on lot. They will send service truck out,instead of bringing tractor in for the little stuff,im sure if they had something major it would need to be brought in.

I wish I could help on this one for you. I'm to the point that I'd like to possibly order one but I don't know about the wait time. I'd love to have the high visibility roof panel but can't find any around here with it.

There is huge interest in this PowerStar. If you look, this thread has had almost 2,500 views while the original PowerStar thread has around 25,000 views. There is a dealer here in KY who told me they've already sold three this spring.

Found a neat chart, courtesy of Kubota, that compares the T4.75 to other tractors.

neat chart, but it isnt totally correct, but that's ok. when someone is shopping looking, driving, feeling, the tractor is the way to go. if a dealer can get or has Powerstars, they do not stay on the lot for very long....i just sold my fifth, this saturday. the longest one has sat on the yard from coming in off the truck is 4 weeks. they are a great tractor.....

Yes, I did notice some inaccuracies myself concerning the T4.75 compared to what my NH brochure shows. Maybe the chart is a bit biased one way......

Unfortunately, I haven't even gotten to drive a T4.75 yet. The local one just sold. All of those numbers and stats are great, but like you said, nothing replaces the what the tractor feels and operates from the driver's seat.

Glad to hear you are moving some tractors. Tractor sales are terribly slow here in KY right now. Implements are moving, but tractors are staying put for the most part.

My dealer has one on his lot, and a bunch more on order, including mine. After spending some quality time with it on Saturday, I'm totally convinced that it's worth the wait. If the one he has now had the 540E pto, it'd be in my driveway.
