Power Steering info

I need a priority valve to install power steering on my Mitsubishi. I was looking at the steering setup on the Chinese tractors at a local farm store and found that they have a valve of some kind. What I can't tell from looking is what it does. Does anyone know if these are just dividers or something more sophisicated. My tractor has a small pump and I don't think there would be enough flow to just divide it between the 3 point and the steering. I have seen valves described that send all flow to one port (that would be my steering)until there is a demand on the other port(which would be my 3point), then some of the flow is redirected.

Finally by question: Does that describe the chinese valves? If so where could I find one, without buying the whole tractor or steering kit?

I have been into these valves only a couple times. The way I think they work, and anyone can correct me if I'm wrong, is that the priority valve requires a certain amount of pressure be present in the line that goes to the power steering before going beyond the valve to the lift. so when the steering is operated, the pressure drops and flow to other hyd. devices (after the valve) are reduced or cut off until pressure to the steering is re-established. This establishes priority to the steering. I have the Jinma valve in stock.
