Does anyone have a copy of this manual, or at the very least a good picture of the belt routing diagram? I have found myself in possession of one, but I can't get the tension tight enough that the belt really turns... It is on a GT275 and I am fairly certain that the manual part number I listed in the title is the correct manual. Thanks!

I don't think that I have the manual. This may help, at least if my coffee has kicked in ... When you route the belt, the impeller will lift the grass up from the bottom. So off the back of the spindle pulley, vee idler, driven pulley, flat idler and back. If you had the guides loose, park them where it would prevent the belt from being pushed off should the load increase. It is best to use the OEM belt and there can be different ones for different deck applications. So if the power flo came from something else, that'll screw you up.

Give us a good picture of where you are at when you find the belt isn't tight enough.. Power flow mounted and belt over the drive deck pulley.. maybe we can make some helpful suggestions from there..

Assume you are talking "belt routing" between the Power Flow and the deck, and not within the Power Flow. What, if any, is the history of this belt, if known?

Thanks for the help. I won’t properly describe the issue but the lower pulley inside the power flo housing wasn’t moving all the way into the tensioned position which allowed the belt to flop around. I was able to remove the housing and move it by hand - not sure why the lever that connects to the chute doesn’t move it further back than it does? It’s working great now!
