I've a Wallenstein back hoe and I ordered /received the power beyond sleeve for the valve .I am unsure as to the thread type on the down stream side of this sleeve . Tech support at Wallenstein informed me it was an NPT thread type, which I am sure it is not! It does seem that SAE o ring threads in except there is not the groove/boss for the o ring on it .JIC also threads in, somewhat loosely tho . Being that this BH is Canadian, is it possible tech support meant British pipe thread on the this power beyond sleeve ? How do I positive I D thread type on this ... any help ?

It seems odd to me that the thread type on this would be any deformation type seal . In your vast knowledge... what is the "typically" used thread type used in this application ? if there is one ? IDK ... I sent an email to DHH to ask them ... I guess I could find a local hydraulic supply and trial an error it ??
