Possible Grapple Conversion

Has anyone tried using one of these on their PTs, driven by the PTO connection?

What modifications, if any, would you see being needed?

It looks like it could be a less costly alternative than PT's grapple bucket...

It would awefully hard to operate this off the PTO connection since fluid only flows one direction! /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif However, on the newer machines it should work fine off the auxillary hydraulic connection (the hydraulic quick-attach hoses). Or you could plumb in a selector valve, and use the joystick to operate it.
