Pole Barn Financing

Looking to put up a pole barn. I signed the contract and put down a down payment. But some unexpected came up and now a majority of the funds are not there. Anyone have a good lead for a financing company for pole barns?

I dont have enough equity. I will try the USDA route.

Depending on your builder MANY have finance companies they recommend, the company I am looking at using Ark-La-Tex has their finance company they use brochures at their offices. Just a thought.
