I have been given a 12 " moldboard plow from a International cub tractor and wonder if I can convert it to fit my Yanmar 3 pt. hitch. I am curious if any one has done this conversion and might share their experience. Hopefully will be increasing my garden size next spring. deans

Just put you a cross beam on and make sure the right side, standing behind, looking forward, is 3-4 inches lower than the left side. Put on a A-Frame with good back braces and you are good to go. Hope this picture helps. Ken Sweet

I was just looking at doing this last week. Had a chance to pick up an old AC single bottom frame mount plow. Unfotunately, I passed on it, but still looking.

Question Ken (or anyone else) - I was looking around and see the offset pins - what is the reason for the offset? Some I looked at even had this offset adjustable? Just trying to understand the need for it. Thanks.

The offset helps compensate for when the right wheels drop down into the furrow on the second pass. Ken Sweet
